An initial consultation is the best way of getting to meet one another.

We can then talk about the various types of hypnotherapy available, and then together, we can decide which one, if any, would best be suited to your particular needs.

No hypnosis takes place during this consultation. The hypnotherapy normally commences on the subsequent session.

One of the best things about the initial consultation is that it's a 'stand-alone' session, and so there's absolutely no-obligation to go any further with the therapy if you don't feel it's completely right for you.
